Documents and information on running a stall

The most important documents relating to participation in the Museum Embankment Festival are available in the downloads section. These include documents containing organisational guidance, information on set-up and the programme, technical specifications and further regulations governing the running of stalls.

- Allocation of Stand Numbers
    
    Stand numbers must be collected **during the set-up phase**.
    
    **DLRG Station / Organisers’ Office (city side)**

    - Wednesday, 26.08.2026: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
    - Thursday, 27.08.2026: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
    - Friday, 28.08.2026: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
    
    **Additional collection point for Zones C and D**
    
    On F**riday, 28.08.2026: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm**, stand numbers can also be collected on the Sachsenhausen side:
    
    **Untermainbrücke, Schweizer Straße/corner of Schaumainkai**
    in front of the toilet facilities, between **Zones C and D**.
- Vehicle Access Permits
    
    Entry permits will be **sent out by post in stages from 13.08.2026**. Please bear with us.
    
    **If you have not received an entry permit, please contact us by email.**
    
    The entry permit **must be displayed clearly in the vehicle. The telephone number provided must also be clearly visible.**
    
    The entry permit is **valid on the days of the event outside opening hours, as well as during set-up and dismantling periods.**
    
    **Please note: The entry permit is not a parking permit.**
- Application Form
    
    Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to apply for the Museumsuferfest 2026. However, interested stallholders can still register for other events in Frankfurt am Main.
