DETEES - Surf Punk

DETEES has actually been around for a long time… a very long time, but they’ve constantly reinvented their music. They began their musical journey in Frankfurt bands like Der Bückdich und die Gichtkröten, System Of Hate, Slawheads, Pullermann, and Killposer, before finally evolving into DETEES through a series of projects featuring various singers—from the Atomic Hawaiians, The Magic Splatters, Chefpilot, DUTS, Rocky, and Klappsmüller Superscope, eventually evolving into DETEES. These past musical escapades—some of which they shared—ranging from punk to krautrock to glam and surf, are reborn here in a new guise.
