From 28. to 30.08.2026, the Museumsufer will once again be transformed into Frankfurt’s longest festival promenade. One of Europe’s largest cultural festivals brings together art, music and socialising in a unique atmosphere on the banks of the Main. The museums invite visitors to explore their exhibitions and special programmes, with or without a guided tour, well into the evening.

Live acts, bands, DJs and up-and-coming artists will provide top-class entertainment on numerous stages. Families can look forward to a varied programme of hands-on activities. The programme is further enhanced by the Antiquarian Book Mile, the Art Meadow, the Organ and Choir Mile, and “Klang im Kloster”.
