ATRIO
The trio ATRIO blends elements of alternative, blues rock and funk into an authentic, powerful mix of original songs.
Their inspiration comes from artists such as Audioslave, Rival Sons and Jimi Hendrix, among others. But they blend bluesy rhythms and funky grooves into their classic, loud rock sound, redefining the blues rock genre and drawing even the most reluctant music fans to the front of the stage.
ATRIO takes the stage with a laid-back, casual vibe. They embody the spirit of rock legends of the past. Their outfits immediately bring Jimi Hendrix to mind. And anyone expecting a similar sound won’t be disappointed: once the guys start jamming on stage, not a single cobweb stays in place.
With Lars Gugler on vocals and guitar, Gian-Luca Paris on bass, and Sascha von Struve on drums, the guys from ATRIO show how old-school style and music can be seamlessly blended with the present. These passionate guys from Giessen have already performed at the Batschkapp or Bett in Frankfurt, the SO36 in Berlin and the Centralstation in Darmstadt—and they’ve set every stage on fire without mercy.
